Impartial and confidential support at your fingertips. MyHelpline is a 24-hour confidential telephone counselling service helping with issues such as stress, depression, anxiety and grief. Whether members require emotional counselling, signposting to money and legal matters or even specialist management guidance, the support is waiting for a time that suits them.

MyPocketGP

Avoid the dreaded morning rush to get a doctor's appointment and skip the queue altogether. MyPocketGP is a 24/7 online and telephone GP consultation service. The service offers access anywhere in the world and at any time. Staffed by experienced and practising NHS doctors, the app provides expert advice that our members can trust with telephone consultations or video chat.

This invaluable service gives members GP access when they need it.

Paycare Perks
